Returns & Exchanges

Australia Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we accept  exchanges within 15 days of your order purchase date. Goods must be in their original condition, UNWORN, unaltered and free of damages by the costumer.

If these conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you exchange and no change of mind refunds unless the item(s) are deemed faulty and proof of purchase must be provided.

If you would like to return an item please contact customer service at baruactivewear@gmail.com. In your email please confirm your order number, the product(s) you are exchange. If it is an exchange please confirm the size and product you would like exchanged (same value) it has to be in perfect condition and with all the original tags and bag. If you send us back a product without original tags, bag or not in perfect condition we will send you back the original product and you can not exchange.

No change of mind refunds are permitted. If the item(s) are deemed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, an exchange or gift voucher equal to the value paid for the item(s). Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges to clearly identify that the item(s) were purchased.

Exchange  (within 15 days)

Once we have received your item, we will inspect that the item was UNWORN, unaltered and free of damages by the costumer and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange or refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved we will initiate an exchange or refund.

Faulty goods

We will offer an exchange or  gift voucher equal to the value paid for the item(s) for faulty goods as soon as possible  if there is a manufacturing fault with the product as assessed by Baru.  Exchanges will only be given if you have a proof of purchase in  a considerable or reasonable time from the day you made the purchase. ( within the first 20 days).

Consumer Guarantees

Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed. If the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item ) within a reasonable time. If the item  has a major failure, you may reject it and seek a  replacement. These consumer guarantees apply to items and may be impacted by the type and age and nature of the item. The manufacturer and Baru will be happy to Inspect the faulty item to  prevent that happening again.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is being returned for an exchange we will cover the postage cost to reship the exchange item back to you. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your order back for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. As soon we accepted a exchange You HAVE to provide evidence of sending the product back as a receipt of the shipping (Post office, DHL or Fedex).

International Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are based outside of Australia, please email us at baruactivewear@gmail.com as per above and our customer service team will reply further information to make your return. All returns must be made within 20 days of your purchase date. Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your order  for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
